Cable management?

I was looking to get my setup back to looking better. I noticed I have these cable all sticking out of my pc. I was wondering if there was anything I can buy to make them all into one long cable. Is there something like a black cable sleeve? Like where I can just shove the cables in and close the sleeve and boom. One gigantic cable

 

edit: It's about 10 cables in total sticking out of my pc

CPU - i7-4790k

GPU - MSI 980 Ti 

Mobo - MSI Z97 Gaming 5

Memory - 32 GB DDR3

Storage - 3.4 TB

Absolutely, I forget what they are called. They are like a windy plastic pipe, that way you just wrap it around the existing wires. But I can't remember the name...?
