Reverse PCI-E Extender?

I need a PCI-E riser that flips the output end (meaning that the end you put the graphics card into is backwards). Any suggestions?

the problem is that most of the extenders are ribbon cables meaning all the wires are parallel. You cant really cross all the wires over easily without creating a big mess. As far as i know there are some that use sata type cables but they are usually 4x so no good for graphics cards... The only thing i imagine could work is a long enough one so that you can twist it... that would be messy tho.
