Board and Processor

Hello, I dont know where to post so I am hoping that I posted on the right thread. Anyway, I would like to know if my processor amd a8-5600k is compatible with my newly purchased board ga-f2a68hm-s1

PC Part Picker doesn't seem to think there would be any issues.

Also your A8-5600K uses the FM2 socket, and your motherboard uses FM2+. FM2+ is compatible with FM2 chips.

thanks for the idea, but how come it turn on but having no display?

Is the cable in properly (both sides)?

Do you have a dedicated GPU installed too? Or just using the onboard graphics? 

 

If you do, which is your monitor plugged into?

currently using onboard graphics, and monitor is plugged at onboard graphics socket
