MSI R7950 oc/boost edition the single fan version started down clocking while playing games lately sometimes it runs at 810/1250 which is where it should run but it drops to 800/1250, 501/1250 and 300/150 it seems to pick one at random since heat doesn't seem to be an issue. But the PC has down clocked during gameplay and shutdown after a black screen. I also noticed the fan rpm last week I could hear the fan speeding up and down up and down while just browsing the internet or watching a video. Is this a common problem with this card I have had it for about 2.8 years and already rma it because the video input failed. Now I'm wondering if it is completely dead or if it just needs a new fan or thermal paste.
