building a new pc I do photo editing the program takes 7 photos all different White balance and merges them together to create one photo and photo shop is what the pc will be doing Do I go with ryzen 1700x 1800x or a intel 7700k

Id like to game planning on running a 1070 budget 2000$

I would change for x370 board, probably crosshair 6.

Go for 32GB or maybe just stay at 16GB Ram.

Add a ssd, probably samsung 960 evo, 500gb.

Go for 80+ gold power supply 650W or 750W.

The rest i agree.

 

Does $2000 include monitor and peripherals?

assumed he wanted a monitor so i wanted to keep everything cheaper not spend 200$+ on parts tht dont get better performance but the ssd i would go for

How about Asus B350F gaming MOBO? Not expensive either, and can sync RGB with the graphic card you chose xD.

If you don't need the monitor you can swap the 250GB ssd for a 500GB one. There will even be enough headroom for a 1080ti.
