Overclocking a Celeron

Hey Im trying to figure out how to overlock my laptop, and I cant seem to find any info on how this CPU is able to achieve it, I just want to know what to do and need to achieve this heres my specs.

 

CPU : Intel Celeron N28840

Motherboard: Im not really sure (here you go)

Can't be overclocked at all. Period

 

Only high end gaming laptops can be overclocked. 

 

Celerons are Intel's budget low power...low spec cpus
