Hey guys, I want to ask if the Razer Blackwidow's audio ports are just an extension or is there a sound card inside the keyboard.

It's just an extension AFAIK.

I like the color scheme of Noctua fans. Deal with it. Forget about the bad memories of the past.

Like the USB ports, the audio ports are simply pass-throughs from whatever they are plugged into, whether it be motherboard or sound card. Just for clarification, OP is referring to the Black Widow Ultimate as the regular BlackWidow since the latter is a more basic version.
