game minimizes when playing games

When playing a game on steam sometimes it lets me click on the other screen when my game is open.

 

how do i stop this?

had this happen in some games too.

 

i use a tool called WindowedBorderlessGaming 

 

the main feature is that you can make any game run in a borderless fullscreen window instead of exclusive fullscreen (helps with games crashing on alt-tab)

 

but you can also modify the mouse behavior
