Overclocking questions.

Alright so I'm semi new to overlooking. Ran my system 4670k with h100i cooler at 4.2ghz for a while now. Only changer vcore to static value and core speed. I decided to now get more speed for some newer games like mafia 3 that use 100% cph power. I'm now at 4.5ghz and 4.3 ghz cache speed. Vcore is at 1.225 but monitoring program says it hits max vcore of 1.248 Temps on bench and stress from Intel extreme tuning are 74c max then like 71 68 67 for the other cores. Question is should I aim for higher core speed 4.6, 4.8. At what max Temps should I stop the benching at? Also do I need to change the voltage for the cache speed. I change v core for core speed but never see any Posts about the cache voltage.

 

I also have an overclocked msi gaming x 1070 at 2.100 ghz 9150ghz memory. Runs cooler than stock with custom fan curve. Stable in uni engine and a couple games. I get some artifacts in mafia 3 after about 30 minutes to an hour. So far I have not noticed it in less intense games. Do I need to slow the 1070 or is it the crappy optimization job they did on mafia 3.
