What's the difference between Ballistix Sport & Ballistix Sport LT, What does LT stand for, And most importantly, what's the better bang for your buck???

 

Here are my options:

 

Crucial Ballistix Sport

Or

Crucial Ballistix Sport LT

What is the Better Option?

 

P.S: If there is any better 16 GB memory, tell me

Specs seem to be the same... only the heatspreader is different.  Just buy the cheaper one.
