NVIDIA Shadowplay keeps disabling

Nvidia has been having issues with the new shadowplay update, they are working on a fix.

Hey guys. I'm a little confused about ShadowPlay right now... Every time I restart my system and try to use ShadowPlay (Alt+Z), It doesn't work. I check the GForce experience and the "share" feature is always turned off even after turning it on when the system was last powered up.. Any ideas? Is this a known NVidia bug right now or is there something broken in my system?
