Hey, I have a problem with my 2. PC. Fx when connection my USB mic (Blue Yeti) or if I want to take out the thumbscrews to get the side panel off - You can then feel a little "buzz" in your fingers just like those "chewing gum electric shock" things. Anyone that have any idea on why? and how to get rid of it?

My guess is the PC is not properly grounded.

Sounds like a short in the PSU you can test with a multi meter.

Then the power supply probably wouldn't work.

How would I be able to check that?

If the respective outlet is grounded.

You can try a different power cable and swap in a different PSU to confirm what it is.

Have tried different cable from a outlet to the PSU and that didn't do anything - "swap" in another PSU? You want me to buy a new one to see if my old is the problem?

You can check another outlet to see if the one you're using is grounded or not. Just make sure the next outlet is actually grounded.

Just though about something... what if the cable that goes from the outlet to the PSU doesn't even have a ground connection? because I found a cable like that and the problem was still there... So I guess it's not a Ground issue?

If the cable(technically cord) doesn't have a ground prong, you can't use that to test if something is grounded or not, because the connection physically cannot exist.
