What monitor/benching software

I want to buy a full version of a monitor/benching software what one would cover the basics I'm not an expert so I don't need anything that is too extreme just a well rounded program to accurately check voltage, temps and performance. I have played a bit with aida64's free version seems pretty extensive is there any others that people would recommend? Appreciate any insight you can provide!

I think AIDA 64 is the best all-rounder out there, and 3DMark for GPUs only.

I think prime 95 is a CPU stress test, but I have never used it. For the GPU you could use the heaven benchmark and enjoy the good pictures. 

Have you tried turning it off and on again?

Tried it, even though it's my fault for not looking its default was set to test at start up, you can imagine the frustration after fooling with the free version I shut down for the night the next day I started surfing the web and my system became laggy couldn't figure it out so I opened up aida64 and a minute or so after it showed my cpu maxed out on all 8 cores? I was the like what the hell I haven't done anything yet looked in the startup tray figuring something was running in the background yep prime95 ramped up after startup checked the options and sure enough it was set to run at start up, HaHa chalked it up to another newbie mistakeO.o

Fair enough, you live and learn (or something like that), I have never used prime 95, have avoided it for along time.
