TAB key not working !! Help ASAP!!

I just got this new keyboard called the EagleTec KG010-N Mechanical Keyboard and I have been using it to play rainbow six siege but I noticed that when I go to shift+tab or tab to see the scoreboard it wont work. I have tried the alt+ 0 0 9 thing that people say works but it doesnt for me. All the other keys work except TAB!! PLEASE HELP

Is there a warranty sticker on the back if not open it up and see if the sodering is there if it isn't RMA it but I would do it anyways
