  1. If you don’t mind me asking what FPS do you get in tarkov?
  2. I think that’s what I’ll do, I’ve had bad experiences with blower cards and stock CPU coolers in builds like these. Thanks for the help!
  3. The one with the 2080 and i7 9700k is the cyber power prebuilt which has 240gb ssd + 500gb m.2 + 1tb hdd. Only reason I’m on the fence is because I know Alienwares parts are all oem which I would most likely have cooling problems with bc of blower gpu.
  4. Budget (including currency): 1500 Country: USA Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: escape from tarkov, rust, siege, gta v Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): 240hz 1080p I found 2 prebuilts because gpu prices are stupid high. I need to know which one is the better option. The first one is an Alienware r9 and the description says i7 9700 32gb ram ddr4 2080 super pric
  5. My thought is to sell the gpu down the road and add $100-$200 on top of it to buy a 3070-3080 for retail
  6. Budget (including currency): 1550 Country: USA Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: escape from tarkov, gta v, rust, rainbow six siege Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): 144-240hz dual monitors 1440p I found 2 used PCs for around $1500 ( I wanted to build one but with the current situation with gpu prices I think this is the better option and I’m impatient ) I need 2 monitors so I was goi
  7. would that cpu bottleneck the 3080?

  10. What would be a good build for $1400
  11. What would you recommend if I were to build one for around $1400
  12. I mean I wouldn't mind building one but with current prices I feel like I'm getting a better deal on these ones.
  13. I found a listing on Offerup for a prebuilt alienware r9 with 2080 super 32gb ram i7 9700 not sure what storage but its only $1200 + 2x 1440p 144hz 27 inch monitors would be $17
  14. I bought an hp omen prebuilt for about $1000 almost a year ago. I've used it almost every day for the past year but I'm starting to get out of playing games and I'm looking to sell it. I was offered $1200 for it recently. Is that a good price to sell it for or should I be asking more? Here's the model of the pc hp omen 875-0024 https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06169524
  15. I currently have an HP omen obelisk 875-0035qe that I got for $1,000 used. It has an Intel i7-8700 with an rtx 2080 but has a stock Intel cooler and a pretty basic HP motherboard. I don't have many issues with this build but the cooling is actually horrible. I've been wanting to do a case swap and maybe get an AIO water cooler for my cpu. Any recommendations for a cheap good looking case / water cooler?
  16. I've also found used GTX 1080's in my area for around $320 so maybe that would be a better option for the gpu.
  17. I currently have a PC with an i5-6500, gtx 1060 6gb, 16gb ram, 1tb hdd, 128gb ssd, 650w psu, 2 1440p 144hz g-sync monitors and I've been experiencing frame lag and my cpu is constantly at 100 percent. I have around $500 and I've been told I should upgrade to this. Is this a good choice? 18. I still have the PC and I'm experiencing extreme frame lag and my cpu is at 100% at all times when playing pretty much any semi-demanding game. I've been told to upgrade my CPU as it is causing the bottleneck.
  19. I'm looking for a build around $1000-$1100. My current PC has an i5-6500, 1060 6gb, 16gb ram, 1tb hdd, 128gb ssd with 2 27 inch 144hz g-sync monitors but I'm experiencing bottlenecking. I have around $500 and was thinking about upgrading my current PC but was told that It would be better to sell it and get a new build. I was offered $550 for my PC so now I'm trying to find the best bang for my buck. I'm using this PC for gaming mostly R6S and rust.
  20. ok so i have around $500 and a pc with an i5 6500, gtx 1060 6gb, 16gb ram, 1tb hdd, 128gb ssd, etc. I was looking to upgrade because I'm experiencing bottlenecking and lag in several games. I was going to buy a ryzen 2600 and a new motherboard but i was just offered $550 for my pc all together. So I'm trying to decide wether I should sell my whole pc and combine it with the $500 i already have and build a new one for around $1000 or just upgrade like I was going to do originally. Pls help
