Antivirus Installation Issue

I'm trying to install an antivirus, but I can't. I first tried Malwarebytes, then Avira and now Bitdefender, but when I click "Run as administrator" Windows says there's no information about the publishers and neither can be run.

You're not on Windows 10 S are you?

I'm on Windows 10 CU, but I'll try Chameleon, thank ya.

I just installed Malwarebytes with Chameleon and it found about 90 threats (a few of them were trojans ), thank ya.
