Bottleneck

I bought this PC in 2013

Intel Pentium G620 2.6GHz Dual-Core
AMD Radeon HD6570 1GB (Factory GPU clock 650MHz, Memory clock 667MHz and both can push around +60MHz)
1x4GB Kingston 1333Mhz
ASUS P8H61-M LX3 R2.0 LGA1155

And now i would like to upgrade it a little but i don't want to upgrade ram when cpu is bottleneck etc..  So i what you think what is bottleneck here?
I play GTA 5 on medium 1080p(35-45FPS) but buildings and roads are disappearing, LoL 1080p high on very high sometimes in fight is freezes or just FPS drops

And what you think is it good offer Kingston HyperX 8GB ddr3 1666MHz for 55eur, i guess it is copy because it is soo cheap and i get it in different package :)

Upgrade CPU to something like a 3770 (k if you have z77)

wait for Volta for GPU

Ryzen 5 3600 stock | 2x16GB C13 3200MHz (AFR) | GTX 760 (Sold the VII)| ASUS Prime X570-P | 6TB WD Gold (128MB Cache, 2017)

Samsung 850 EVO 240 GB

138 is a good number.

If you have enough money just buy an i5 3570k + a mobo. but if you're only willing to upgrade 1 hardware, I suggest you go and upgrade your vga to something like the 1050. It may bottleneck the cpu but in games like GTA V having only 1 GB of VRAM is kinda bad (Not even talking about the number of cuda cores/the old architecture of your current VGA). and tbh I think the "dissapearance" of buildings etc is caused by your VGA so yeah

Fact is you need a new setup all together but i understand that can be hard to do with budgets i remember it took me 2 months to save up for my first CPU haha.

You really need 8GB of ram and a CPU upgrade for GTA5 and many other games. A 2500K and 8GB of memory would allow me to recommend a 1050Ti in the future.

But then you are spending 60$ on memory 70$ On a 2500K used and 150$ on a 1050Ti.

Which is 280$ and at 400$ you could build a new budget gaming PC.
