Good deal?

I found this for $450. 

AMD FX 6300 6-Core 3.5 ghz
Patriot 2x4gb 1600
Gigabyte 970A-UD3
MSI GeForce GTX 760 2 GB
1 TB Hard Drive
EVGA 750W Power Supply 
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO heat sink
Cooler Master 690 Case
DVD/CD Drive
Windows 10

Is it any decent at that price?

If you were to buy all these parts new compared to this price, this computer is a fucking steal. However, compared to some of the better computers you can get for the same price if you do some bargaining, i would not say it is the best pc for this price point.
