No, would only be better for it as the temps are lower (Not really going to matter unless under constant load). Would put more wear on the fan bearings, but I dont think that will be much of a problem. 

Please quote our replys so we get a notification and can reply easily. Never cheap out on a PSU, or I will come to watch the fireworks.
