Im looking to get a new CPU,MOBO,Ram and case with a budget of around £375.When is the best time to upgrade?Currently I have AMD FX-8350 which I have to under clock as the mobo doesn't support it fully (AM3 not AM3+).I have 8 gb of DDR3 Ram which will need to be changed and I am looking for a cheap case with a window hopefully.I would like to have everything by November at the latest> I have a GTX 970 120GB ssd and a 750W PSU

sell CPU,MOBO and RAM, move to Ryzen platform.

Totally agree. There's no use to upgrade an AM3. I had a 8350 and moved to 9590 before Ryzen, there was no gain only problems of heat and stability. Ryzen changed a lot, so move to that instead.

I have been looking at the Ryzen 5 1500x and the 1600. Any recommendations on a MOBO.I have no intrest in overclocking and will be sticking to 1 GPU

Any Asus or MSI B350 would do a good job for quality and features (even if you don't overclock). I'd do suggest the Asus Pro expecially.
