So I accidently tripped and fell on my galaxy S6. Both the front and back glass panels are shattered. LCD screen is presumed dead considering it's all black. But the phone still works, I'm getting notifications and its recognised by the PC.

Problem is, I can't transfer data from the phone without unlocking it. And I can't unlock it because the screen is broken. I've tried to mirror the screen and control the phone with my PC but it looks like I don't have USB debugging on.

So what options do i have?

check with xda developers, it might be possible to flash it with a custom bootloader and extract all files directly to a pc

Have you tried to perform a sudden temporary interrupt of the electricity flow to your computational device followed by a re-initialization procedure of the central processing unit and associated components?
