I'm staying at a cousins during my vacation and I'll be using his PC however I brought my own SSD. He has a corsair with a hotswap slot on top so I can easily insert and boot my drive.

I want to leave my SSD in the slot during my stay here but I noticed that I could look through his drives but I don't want this, I don't want him to see mine either. Is there anyway to leave the drive connected so he can boot his drive but not look through mine?

No. At least, not realistically.

You'll need to disconnect your drive to prevent him from seeing it. Assuming you've got a password on your user account, your files shouldn't be accessible, however, he can probably still force access to them.

What you can do, is enable BitLocker (Assuming you've got Windows 7/8/8.1/10 Pro - not available on the Home versions), encrypt your drive, and then he won't be able to access any of the contents.

Of course, you'll still be able to see all of his drives, unless you disconnect them when you use the PC. He could, of course, also try encrypting his files, but would, again, require Pro version of Windows.
