Low Price Processor for gaming

I need a processor under 60 dollars that will preform well for the price. For eSports and casual games with a few AAA titles here and there at reasonable settings. Try to give me and AMD option and an Intel option that would be suitable for what ive described. Feel free to ask more questions if needed of course. Hopefully I'm not being too unrealistic.

Q3 is all we know, and for the Intel platform, the G4560 easily - 3.5GHz Hyperthreaded Dual Core w/ Intel 610

there's no current competitor on amds side to compete with the g456o, not only is old amd stuff junk, there's a very limited upgrade path, at least with the 4560 you could go up to an i7 7700 and have top end performance. All I've heard for a r3 series release is 2nd half 2017, but I haven't been watching news on it for a while

dude you cant really play tripple a games on a $60cpu. cut down costs on your power supply and buy one with less watts.

also if you have say a 1060 6gb then go for a 1060 3gb and spend more money on your cpu because your system needs to balanced to get the best performance.
