at my local microcenter they have gtx980's factory refurbished 

for 219 i am building a ryzen 5 1600 system 8g ram

originaly i wanted a rx580 then mining hit then i moved get a 1060 6gb then well you know 

so is this a good price and is it comparable to a 1060 6gb

well here in the UK you can get a used one for 210 soooo probably a good investment. BUT check benchmarks comparing the 3 cards in the games you wish to play first
