Hello

I've just built a new pc with an ASUS PRIME B250M-A motherboard and two 4Gb sticks of ADATA XPG Z1 DDR4 RAM. At first the bios said the PC only had 4Gbs of RAM. I swapped the sticks of around and the PC wouldn't start and the motherboard beeped the RAM not detected pattern. I swapped them back but now the PC can't detect the RAM in this order either. I've tried the RAM in every slot and still the RAM not detect beep! Is the RAM broken or the motherboard? Or do I need to update the BIOS or something?
