Updating/Flashing BIOS help

I have the gigabyte AB-B350 gaming 3 motherboard and has the F5 revision. There is a newer BIOS update, F7, and I want to update it to the latest version. Since this is the first time I will be updating the BIOS I wanna know how I should proceed with the updating procedure without updating the back-up BIOS. In case something goes wrong, how should I revert my BIOS to older version, F5
