I recently got a new case (cougar panzer) to move my prebuilt system (Acer predator g3-710, i7 6700, 32 GB RAM, gtx 1070) into but I realized too late there was absolutely zero USB 2.0 headers and only a 20 pin connected for USB 3 for the front I/O. I also decided to upgrade my stock cooler to a kraken x61. Is there any adapters or ways I can connect usb's to the mother board or am I just gonna have to cough up another hundred bucks on a new motherboard?

The X61 will hook right up to a USB 2.0 header on the mobo. I'm sure you have enough 2.0 headers on your mobo.
