New PC From Scratch

I've been saving to build a computer forever. I wanted to build it this summer, but now I'm not sure if I should wait for Vega or not. I'm not a die hard for either Intel or AMD I would just like to get the most bang for my buck. I'm in the US so I'm using USD. My Budget is MAX $3,000, but I need to buy everything including monitors, keyboard, OS,... ect. I would like to buy two monitors. This build would be used for gaming, video editing, uploading said videos to the internet, and maybe some light coding, mostly gaming though. I play a range of games from EU4, grand strategy games, to The Witcher 3, and Destiny, on console for now. I would like the build to have a clear upgrade path down the road.

I wish I could build PCs imo.It sounds fun and it's a great skill considering you could eventually get paid for it as well~
