Stress Test

I just built a new PC and was wondering if I need to run some sort of stress test to see if everything is stable. I am not planning on overclocking. I was mainly more concerned with my cooler managing my cpu temps. Is there anything you all would recommend that is quick and accurate?

i like using intel extreme tuning utility. It's free and lets you do some basic overclocking without being in bios.

edit: plus it has some cool graphs for monitoring the system.

I use unigen heaven, it's more lent towards the GPU, so good for whole case temps and airflow testing.
