I like the armor even tho it is kinda pointless. 

The back plate is really nice tho and makes the board so sturdy

Hero. Formula is a gigantic waste of money. Dont get a sound card. You dont need one. The Hero has a good onboard anyway. I would actually suggest getting a Gigabyte GA-Z87X-UD3H and a DAC, help be out with the sound @MayflowerElectronics

The armor looks amazing, yeah it really doesn't do much, but it looks fantastic.  The backplate is actually very useful and also looks outstanding (even though you would rarely ever see it.

My almost only worry is the sound. But it sound like the formula might do the job. Besides adding on is always an option.

 

To be honest, i'll most likely need it. I am.. going to lay it on my desk for few months. It will come in handy I believe.

I'm just a bit unsure my friend. There are many things to consider and might give up on.

look at some external dac/sound cards if u dont want to get the xonar card (btw what head phones are u using). get the hero unless u are going to hardcore overclock or u just like the look of the formula better.
