Rather out than in?

So, my motherboard died... Had to replace it with an old one while waiting for the new one to arrive. Problem is, the board that's in my system now only has a single fan connector. Should I prioritize intake or exhaust? Front or back? The case I am using is a Fractal Design Core 2500, if that is relevant.

rear exhaust like the oems with one fan. however, this will not be ideal. you should definitely not overclock anything until the new board arrives.  Also be sure to monitor temps periodically.

If it's only temporary then it's not a big deal. Probably rear exhaust would pull away from the cpu a bit better depending on what type of cooler you have. Medium-long term it's a much better idea to prioritize intake as it will reduce the amount of dust you will accumulate. How soon will the new board arrive? If it's within a month then just do rear exhaust(or really whatever is the least amount of effort.)
