BM 800 mic not detected

I recently set up my new Floureon BM-800 Condenser Microphone https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01N322NAB/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1  and it is not detected as a mic but instead my Arctis 5 mic is. How do i fix this? Do I need Phantom Power?

 

EDIT: I just plugged it into my sound card, no sound is heard from it though.

If you go into recording devices, you should be able to set it as the default recording device. If it doesn't appear there then there's an issue with the sound card, so make sure driver are up to date and that it appears in device manager.
