Well, first of all have you checked whether you set your panel to 144hz in Nvidia control panel?

Second, for overwatch if you used the optimize option in Nvidia geforce experience, make sure to go to set the rendering to 100% if you want more fps

other than that, I've no idea what other games you tested the card on. extra feedback will be helpful

as well to make sure that vsync is off.

in the nvidia panel its set to 1920X1080 144hz and im using DVI dose the connector affect ?

Have you checked if Render Scale in overwatch is set to 100%? sometimes the auto optimize from Nvidia geforce experience pushes it further, which imo doesnt make much difference other than sacrificing some FPS for extra scaling, which on a 1080p didnt make much difference in my experience
