Okay you have given us essentially no details. I will now assume 3 things.

1) You're in the US

2) You're playing at 1080p

3) You want to play games at high or ultra details

Given these 3 things, and the market being pretty inflated because of mining, you're looking at one of three cards, depending on which you can afford. Here are the 3 cards, from best to least great (all 3 cards will meet 1080p high details 60fps in newer titles)

Used 980

Used 780ti

Used 970

ANy of those cards are fine, just get the best one you can for your price bracket in your area. If you can find a 1060 or RX480/RX580 for your price range, then go for it. But I doubt it. Those cards are super expensive right now.

this is when you say don't buy a GPU right now unless the OP really needs one.

When the best options are not available don't recommend used and outdated hardware.

He already asked about the 1060 in another thread and got that answer. No point in telling him what he's already heard. He knows (or has been told) that his best bet is to wait, but if he really wants a GPU I'll give him the best recommendations I can. Previous generation used hardware is the best he can get right now for the $200 price range. The 980 performs as well as a 1060, which is why I put that at the top, but if that's out of his price range the 780ti and the 970 will perform just fine too.
