Looks good, would be worth picking up a HDD with it as 250GB will run out quick (Unless you already have it).

I would get a better PSU. You can get a Corsair CXM 450 Watt for 27 USD right now.

still $30 left in the budget, drop that extra $30 on a better CPU. the purpose is, the build is a budget, so the expectations shouldn't be held high

Might be crazy to ask, what is the purpose of the PC? Larger HDD and better GPU kind of depend on whether it is going to be used for those purposes...
