yes, get the iso files from microsoft, burn it to a usb drive and set the rig's boot order to it.

the partslist i linked above is fine, but see if you can wait for a few weeks or get something used for the gpu, prices are horrible right now.

see if you can find a used gpu, get the 1060 6gb/rx 580 8gb if you cannot find something used.

Should handle that then, if you have a windows key or don't feel wierd about using reddit or kinguin, You can beef up some areas, probably more ram and a better gpu.

GPU's are currently overpriced, so maybe 1050ti to a rx580, since those 2 aren't hit by miners yet.

Ram to 16gb, and maybe an i5, since you gain 2 cores.
