Help with bootup

So guys i got a new graphic card and i have an integrated one on my motherboard as well. So i have installed all drivers for my GPU and it is on the PC right now and i set up my BIOS to boot up from the integrated graphics. But now that i have everything whenever i start my PC it doesn't let me go to the boot menu and just directly takes me to windows and I don't know how to go to the BIOS setup now to let the PC use the PCI-e as the display output.

Clear CMOS. Spam delete when booting

Hit Delete or F2 fast on boot up

whenever i do this the screen stays blank there is no windows even.
