EPoS - Anyone?

I'm going out on a whim here, a very big whim.

 

I'm struggling to find information on EPoS systems, specifically Kitchen Display Systems.

 

It is a LONG SHOT posting here, I usually talk about other hardware and the usual tech stuff and it was just brought on by a passing question that someone has asked me to look into.

 

Does anyone have more information or somewhere where I can find out, easily, more information.

 

Trawling Google and YouTube have brought very little when you don't 100% know what you are looking for in terms of wording.

I'm aware of the double post, it was an accident. The forum complained about me posting too quickly(?) or something, please wait 9 seconds. So i went back and posted it, which then turned out to be a re post.

Also, this is not a troll topic, I know what happened a few months ago with the whole kitchen thing. But this is a legitimate question.
