xbox 360 trinity mobo RGH helppppp

so ive been trying to mod my xbox 360 slim with a trinity motherboard and im doing an rgh with a ace V3 AND JR PROGRAMMER i just dont know what to do ive been able to boot in to xell and then when i get to my computer i press scan ip and it gives me my cpu key automatically and then i try to press "create xebuild image" nothing happens it acts supid as if the button does nothing HELP I JUST WANT TO PLAY COD WAW ALREADY I HAVENT HAD MY XBOX FOR MONTHS WORKING BECAUSE THE BUTTON WONT WORK also im using jrunner beta V0.3 (8)
