this is to the same town in virgina as the test that was telling me 948 mpbs on the fios test...

where can i find my ethernet status page, i cant find it in  ythe network and sharing center

You need to go to change adapter settings after you go to Network and Sharing Center. Then you need to double-click the Ethernet adapter.

there is your problem... you have a bottleneck, there is no need to call Verizon. You need to upgrade your equipment, in fact, I will make some recommendations for equipment. You can get a Cisco Catalyst WS-C3560G-TS for your switch and you can get a Cisco 2851 as your router. Ultimately if you have a work email you can get a Cisco Meraki MR33 for free by attending a webinar. The access point is an 802.11ac access point.

im having a hard time thinking its an equipment bottleneck when i was getting over double the speed two weeks ago on the same router? i tried to distinguish what screenshots were from Ethernet or wifi, as it sits they are running the same speeds i just showed them to show that the connection is the same either way i use it...

do you have separate networks for 5ghz and 2.4 ghz? it almost looks like the first few where on 5ghz and the last few on 2.4 or something, although even those would be fast for 2.4 ghz but maybe possible with quadruple spacial streams. have you used an spectrum analyzer app to check if someone else is shitting over your wifi frequency?
