Hello, I'm currently looking at a nearly full pc upgrade, but can't decide the heart of the machine, currently planned components

-Phanteks Enthoo Pro

-Corsair CS850M

-Gigabyte Tri X 280X (from previous build)

-Cooler master Seidon 120 (from previous build)

-win10

-16GB ram (whatever fits tbh unless I should avoid anything)

-250gb Samsung 750 evo + 1TB old Samsung HDD (from old build)

-1080p screen (from old build)

Value I'm willing to spend is at up to 500-700€

For the CPU I'm wondering between a i5-7500 or R5-1500 and pair with a mobo that allows for OC, I want something in the 150-200€ area (mostly prices in Euros end at the same number [not value] as the ones in dolars)

Any advice your be able to give? Mostly will be used for games, main one being GW2 but also some more demanding ones from time to time, and some photo/video editing

Do you really need a full tower? It doesn't look like by your other components, I'd save some bucks on that and spend them on other things. As for for the cpu-mobo, I'd go for the R5 1600 and Asus B350M Prime. But, for gaming, I'd really suggest you to give away your 280X and buy a 570/580. It's a much better option.

I looked at the phanteks case because as I live in the countryside and have cats, as such my old one gets dust filled too quickly and I want one I know has all/most filters, and I know that one has except in the front, suggestion of a better priced one fitting this would be indeed highly welcome (I have big hands so ATX minimal size)
