insane ram usage

So since today when i start up my pc I instantly have ~11,5GB of RAM used and its not my antivirus. Restarting my pc doesnt help i tried that several times i end with the high ram usage again. 

Can you guys tell me how i fix this? Task manager doesnt tell me anything. the app awith the highest ram usage is google chrome with 150mb according to TASK Manager, so i cant fidn hte culprit.

 

i appreciate any help!

 

 

PS:I have 4x4gb RAM the same sticks and never had issues
