Dell precision 960 won't boot

Hello everyone,

I have an Dell precision 960 which won't boot, during boot it beeps short twice, and the post lights 1,2,3 are lit, in the manual it says that you have to look on the screen for further problems, but the pc doesn't give video out.

the pc has 16g ram allocated on 1st 4 slots and has a low-end graphics card installed, no DVD, HDD connected to eliminate them.

16GB? I am curious, what RAM are you using? It is quite hard to get 4GB DIMMs of DDR2.

What happens when you use the RAM that came with the computer?

im using 4 sticks of ddr2 ecc memory, i bought it barebone so it didn't came with ram
