you tried it with a different monitor ? that looks like flaky monitor glitches, GPU glitches usually still let you see at least some faint remnant of your desktop. Yours has gone total snowstorm as if the monitor is kack

I will try that, as soon as I get a hand on a new monitor. Still, im not so sure because i tried disconnecting the monitor and plugging it again. Since the most of the time its working normally i think it should reset back to normal, if it was a monitor issue.
