Unable to use computer

My computer stopped working because of drivers not being up to date. Sounds like a simple fix but the internet also doesn't work due to no drivers. Now my next choice would be to download the drivers on an another computer and transfer it using a USB but unfortunately, now my USB ports don't work either so there's no way to install drivers. I finally tried to factory reset but once I got to the reset, it said I needed a windows disc which I don't have or can find since my computer is Windows 7. Anyone know any solutions?

Windows 10 Sounds like your best bet

Not trying to be rude or anything, genuine question. How would i install windows 10 without being able to access the internet or usb ports?

Through optical media. You don't need drivers to use a CD drive.

huh

ok, maybe put your Drives in another PC, and back up all your files that you want to keep

then, put your drives back in, and load a USB drive w/ win10

in the bios, try loading the boot drive w/ windows

 

If none of that works, ull need new stuff

that's an odd situation you got there. maybe plug your hard drive into another system, install windows onto it, then plug it back into the other system?

Maybe put drivers on a dvd or cd then install them from that.

Haven't thought of taking the HDD out and doing that. Thanks guys!
