Posted June 23, 2017 I am looking for a gaming laptop. I am a college student so I require powerful laptop for software coding, I am also and android developer who is trying to make ROMS for phone so need a powerful laptop which can handle that as well. I play Over-watch , GTA V, CS etc. Looking for a laptop that has Gtx 1060, at-least 8GB Ram, i7 (Skylake or Kaby lake) , which can easily run 4-5 years. Extra room for customizing storage is also appreciated! I dont really know about displays so anything good would be fine, G-sync is not necessary. Build quality should be sturdy and can handle some ruff usage. Also, looking for decent battery backup. My budget is around US $1200
 Pick the one you get the best deal on. 14 minutes ago, PurpleCodes said: I was making this for me my budget is a bit lower than yours but here it is if you want From what I hear the Helios isn't bad. Definitely fine for a budget 1060 laptop. FYI. I priced one out for a mate recently and it came around 1250 is you DIY everything. Posted June 24, 2017 Author I also found Vector II VR from CyberPowerPC, they are having early 4th July sale so i managed to get 500GB WD Blue M.2 SATA-III 6.0Gb/s SSD for free with 1tb HDD and other freebees and it fits my budget ($1164) But the problem is that I don't know if I CyberPower gives good services or not..
