Help For Transferring HDD Files

I have a old hard drive and i would like to transfer windows from it to the ssd but it is only 60gb and I it can't fit all the files from the hard drive. So I was wondering if there was a way I could transfer just windows from my hard drive to my ssd. BTW I have tried the activation key from my computer and even my old laptop that has windows 7 and i got this error message from both of them.

Its better to do fresh install. 60gb is just enough for Windows. Laptop key and probably other seem to be OEM. If key isn't tied to Microsoft account, you need new one.
