How to reduce Nvidia Background Task Usage

As my title states Ive noticed a good amount of Nvidia tasks runing and was wondering if theres a way to get rid of some, its not a big concern as my system has no issue (i7 6700k, 32gb ram). I dont like any of the "game optimization" but I do use Shadow play for recording 5-10Min of gameplay.

Don't use GForce Experience, 3D Vision drivers.

Use OBS instead of ShadowPlay.
