I was trying to select some hardware with PCpartpicker, but I can't decide which one to buy! My budget is around $800. Which one should I buy?

A.

AMD FX 6300

NZXT Havik 140

Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3

G.Skill Ripjaws X 8GB (2 x 4) DDR3- 2133

Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200RPM

Asus Geforce GTX 760 2GB

NZXT Phantom 530

XFX 550W 80+ Bronze

B.

AMD FX 6300

Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO

Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3

G.Skill Ripjaws X 8GB (2 x 4) DDR3- 2133

Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200RPM

Asus Radeon R9 280X 3GB

NZXT Phantom 530

XFX 550W 80+ Bronze

Please feel free to recommend a better build! The only rule is that you must use the Phantom 530 or the Obisidian 750D because I am in love with those cases. c:

Fractal-Design Core 3000 USB 3.0

Corsair Carbide 300R Windowed

Both are rather plain. But the Carbide has a huge window and the Core has a nice black & white thing going inside. What really matters is that they are both well built and very reasonably priced right now.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
