I am trying to raise the core voltage thus giving me more allowance to raise the core clock, right now at 110 it is as high as it will go. But I am afraid to raise the core voltage so would like to ask for suggestions as to how high I should raise it. Do note that my GPU is sitting idle at 40C as you can see on the graph but at high loads in GTA V it goes up to only about 55-59.

start worrying at 75-80+

Modern GPUs are so locked down you can just bump the voltage to max without damaging anything ...Don't worry, just keep your temps in check with raising the fanspeeds.
